Structure and pricing

Six to eight sessions is good practice to experience increased self-awareness and behavioural change, however not so many that you become dependent on coaching.

As for pricing, I will always be flexible and my standard rates depend on where in the world you are living and working. Also, my pricing is realistic for the sectors I tend to work with.
